Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During promotional campaigns, sales, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience in such circumstances.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Major Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Areas: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and order details.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or other shipping discounts. Any applicable offer will be clearly displayed on our website.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Where available, customers may choose Cash on Delivery (COD) at checkout.

For COD orders, the full order amount must be paid directly to the courier upon delivery.

We reserve the right to contact customers to verify COD orders before dispatch.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we may provide a tracking number or tracking information via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or other available communication channels.

You can use the provided tracking information to check the status of your shipment.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
